A phone speaker full of water is a two-minute problem that the internet turned into a $9.99-a-week app.

The fix is public knowledge: play a low tone near the speaker’s resonance, hold it face down, and the water comes out. Smartwatches do it with one tap. On a phone you are pointed at a subscription app, a YouTube video wrapped in ads, or a Siri Shortcut whose link died last year.

This site is the one-tap version. The tone is generated by your browser at 165 Hz, runs for 45 seconds, and stops. There is no app, no account and no ads, and the pages say plainly what the tone cannot do — it will not clean a charging port and it will not pull compacted lint out of a grille, whatever other tools claim.

How it is built

A static site. The tone is a Web Audio oscillator, so pressing Start never sends anything anywhere. The only third-party script is Google Analytics, which counts page visits, and the server sends a Content Security Policy that lets the page talk only to this site and to Google Analytics — nothing else can load. You can verify both in your browser’s developer tools, and the privacy page spells it out.
